Located in a convenient spot near West Midland's Safari park, the Premier Inn offers a comfortable stay in Kidderminster. With easy access to the Severn Valley railway and the town centre, it's an ideal location for exploring. the spacious family rooms provide ample space and are quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel is spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and communal areas. the staff are excellent and attentive, providing great service. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including a small kitchen in-house and a range of restaurants within walking distance.
The lifts in the hotel can be quite slow, so using the stairs might be a quicker option for some guests.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The soundproofing was excellent, making it easy to relax and have a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.
The lack of a car park on-site was a bit inconvenient, as it meant having to find parking elsewhere. the lift problems during my stay were quite frustrating, as maintenance and repair times seemed to take longer than expected.
